Get to know me

I've spent nearly 30 years doing new product development across multiple industries with none having a new product development process in place before I arrived. I have the experience of starting from scratch and building these systems. My typical tenure at a company is a decade plus so I've also worked through the maturity pains, the change in management re-education dilemma, the various groups getting complacent issues and more.

Industries I've been involved with include:

• An innovative automotive suppliers that created new products called ASC. This company brought back convertible cars and innovative products to the auto industry.

• A biotech company doing innovative things in Biophotonics to detect disease states including cancer. This device eventually received FDA approval.

• Worked through the near bankruptcy and roof collapse of an aftermarket automotive supplier that has now become a major player in the industry. Developing new products during this experience was the most challenging

• Rolled out a stage gate style process for a major cryogenics company that became the basis for the company wide process. Grew from a single site adopting it to all of a US division to a global division and now global.
